We had our first FYS San Diego meet up this past Saturday, and I am very glad to report that there was a pretty decent turn out for the first event. I have been discussing with Craig (MentalEclectic.com) about how we want to take the group further, as well as create a monthly screening group for filmmaker's to showcase their work. More on this as it comes!
Comic-Con 2009 is hitting SD this weekend, and I'll be there enjoying all the kick ass movie panels (Iron Man 2 FTW!) and hitting the streets to let the approximately 125,000 people attending about this site! So please, during this weekend, keep up with our Twitter page, and look for my direct updates from the show floor!
I'm hoping to get some good Kevin Smith footage from his panel on Saturday. Be sure to check my youtube page this weekend for some CC footage! (FYI: I have the most watched Kevin Smith video on youtube...for 2 years straight!)
