I hope all of you had a good wekeend. I was at Comic-Con 2009 all 4 days (5 days if you include preview night) and I made sure to have several hundred FYS fliers on the freebie table for all of the comic book fans (and free loaders) to take with them. Unforunately, the bulk of my fliers were tossed in the trash because I didn't "clear" the fliers with CC staff. The flier was the same as the logo above and I think I was treated unfairly. But, lesson learned and I will be talking with the staff at next years convention. Other than that, it was an awesome and I saw more celebrities (as well as the 25 minutes of AVATAR footage in 3D, and the ALICE IN WONDERLAND trailer in 3D...plus a lot more!) I hope you guys followed my twitter page for the updates...there were several hundred of them... :)
About a month ago, I posted an update saying that I wanted to create a Filmmaker Q&A podcast and host it through the site. While I have had several eager people interested in telling their film making story to the world, I have decided to do away with the podcast idea and transfer the Q&A in to a written piece instead.
